"We stayed in the older area. You could tell it was older. We were disappointed because we were expecting what we saw in the pictures. Ask for a renovated room! The waterpark was fun but really only had 3 slides for older kids. Park would be perfect for 4-7 year olds. The restaurant didn’t have a healthy option for lunch. The “free” pool was disgusting when we went to swim at 4 pm. Chunks of hair by the drain, it looked like someone had gotten sick in the hot tub, The club area was beautiful. the arcade and movie theater area were great!"

"Upon entering our unit on the resort, it was less than ideally clean. I had noted I required a room close to pool as I was with some seniors who required easy access. The elevator near our room was not functioning so we had to get in the car to drive to areas closer to the pool. I did mention to the staff and they were willing to change rooms, which was nice. One staff stood out (nemesis). She was authentic and kind :). In terms of amenities overall, very busy and never a pool lounger to be found, which was also difficult to being with seniors. The cost of things in the marketplace were shocking."

"Huge clean rooms and balcony. Grounds are kept clean. All the pools we visited were clean, including the extra shipwreck shores water park. With the extra especially if you’ve signed up for their free Westgate rewards program. Download the free app scan your QR code for discounts all around the resort, including tickets to the waterpark. The other pools were all free. Mom had open pool bars when we visited end of March, we did not participate in a timeshare showing. It looks like other visitors enjoyed them. Plenty to do with young children. We took our three year-old and six-year-old boys. Life fest were available at all the pools. Felt safe walking around there. The movie theater was fun. The arcade was awesome. Beautiful resort we did not eat there other than the ice cream and candy shop. There was a full kitchen we had a quiet room in the back. Everyone was friendly and helpful."

"Staff was good. Facilities are clean. Close to Epcot and Hollywood studios. Many amenities. There is a $50 per day resort fee that is really annoying. "
