"staff and breakfast good. BE CAREFUL THOUGH: $22 TO SELF PARK is not good. Price was right too but when you add on the self parking not so good. Never been to a hotel where you pay to self park. "

"This was a beautiful property my boss rented for my stay! 10/10 The only thing I would add is that parking was a little pricey but I felt safe in the garage and market items were pricey but no more than any other hotel. They had adorable dog bones at the desk. I wasn't traveling with my fur baby but if I had been, that would have won me over for sure. Loved it would stay again for sure! Also important to note- for Nashville it is also in an area I felt safe in!"

"The Motif is a beautiful spacious property and was perfect for our first time Nashville vacation. Couldn’t be more comfortable in our two bedroom balcony suite. Only drawback is housekeeping needs to be better. We stayed there 8 nights and housekeeping came only twice. The first time was a freshen up requested by us on the 3rd day. Replenished towels and emptied trash. Then came again 1-2 days later but again just towels, beds made, and trash. No vacuuming or kitchen cleaning. That means 8 nights with dirty floors. Other than this we enjoyed our stay and it felt like home. Thank you to all. "

"Room was renovated but the beds were hard. We had a room at the back that was against the freeway. SUPER noisy. Breakfast was very minimal. Most in this chain are decent but tbh this was pathetic. "

"First room was disguising. Long hair in the bathroom, shower, in the bed and on the pillows. I was offered another room, but it wasn’t much better. There was no hair in the bed at least. Garbage still had trash in it. Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at and one of the worst hotels. "
