Our home offers 3 bedrooms, one on the main floor and two on the second floor, and 2 full baths, one on each floor, and a beautiful backyard deck with propane BBQ to relax and enjoy the outdoors!
Master bedroom (2nd flr): Queen bed with TV/Fire Stick | Bedroom #2 (2nd flr): twin/full bunk with twin trundle | Bedroom #3 (1st flr): twin daybed with pop-up trundle.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking necessities, and our living room is equipped with a 55" smart TV for cozy movie nights. Ceiling fans in every room, and a washer/dryer in the basement add to your comfort. A/C is available.
Pack 'n' Play, Baby Tub, and Booster Seat are provided. Please bring your own crib sheets
The Main Beach/Pool, Clubhouse and Tiki Bar are a short 5 min drive. from the house. A few beach chairs and beach toys are also available for your use.
Honesdale and Hawley are a short 20-minute drive away featuring great local shops, antique stores, wineries, restaurants, and small museums.
Ski Resorts and Water Parks are within 1 hour driving distance!
35 minutes to Montage Mountain Ski Resort, 55 minutes to Elk Mountain, 50 minutes to Big Bear ski resort, 50 minutes to Camelback Mountain Ski and Camelbeach waterpark, Kalahari waterpark and The Crossings Shopping Outlet.
Other favorites include Claws and Paws Wild Animal Park, Bushkill Falls, Lacawac Sanctuary, Hamlin Speedway, SteamTown National Train Site , and Ritters Cider Mill. There is truly something for everyone!!!
Badges are required to enjoy the amenities-- the house comes with 5 amenity badges which MUST be left at the house upon checkout! Any lost pass will be subject to a $30 replacement fee. You will receive 3 additional temporary amenity badges upon check-in at the front gate (these do NOT need to be returned at check out). Our badges include pool access.
****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (include the names, ages, addresses and relationship to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours prior to your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. On arrival, there is a quick check-in process at the main gate where you will receive a parking tag, and a welcome packet containing the 3 temporary amenity badges (these do not have to be returned at check out). Additional badges and passes can be purchased directly from the POA.
