Location was perfect. House was clean and as pictured-only issue was a broken window in the upstairs bedroom. It slammed on my daughters hand when she was trying to close it resulting in a trip to the er.

Family 4th of July week

Great location, you can see the lake outside the window and balcony. Our adult kids and 5yr old twin grandsons loved the pool. Windows also facing pool. It's a couple minute walk to the grocery store and the rest of Lake Arrowhead Village on the lake. We didn't need to take our car out during the holiday. Beautiful fireworks over the lake and alot of restaurants. Kitchen appliances in top shape. Bbq'd on balcony, works great. Great Stay! Will do again.

4th of July week

Didn't need to use our car to get anywhere. Everything walking distance in village. Our 5yr old twin grandsons loved the pool and later feeding the ducks at the lake. Our adult kids loved the weather and lake in the village. Condo was clean except for some big cob webs hanging in the skylight light.
