Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off the water to prevent freeze damage. Instruction diagram is next to the water main handle, in the bedroom closet.
After turning off the water, flush both toilets and run a faucet to be sure it's off.
Please leave all bedroom and bathroom doors open so heat can circulate and prevent freeze damage. Windows must be closed.

Cute Cozy Cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the cozy decor and privacy of the location. Parking was great and the kids loved playing in the driveway when it wasn't too cold.

Cute cabin

We stayed at the cabin to be near our middle son who has special needs and attended a camp nearby. Cabin was very clean and cute. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a sofa for sleeping upstairs including nice size kitchen and dining area. It was easy to checkin and check out, very clear instructions on a checklist.

Quick Weekend Away

We had a great weekend, and the sweet cabin exceeded our expectations. We hope to return in the winter to experience mountain cold and snow, as we were there for a very warm late summer weekend.

Good spot

Can't Wait to Go Back

We were snowed in but we were very well stocked. We had everything we needed. It was warm, cozy, and quaint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to plan our next stay. Thank you for such a relaxing and comforting stay.

Cozy, comfortable cabin.

This was our second stay at this cabin. We enjoyed our time there and the location was good for getting to anywhere on the mountain. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen and living area was great for us. We fed the birds each morning and even had squirrels and chipmunks visit us.

I think this cabin was just right for what my family was looking for! I personally liked the location, the decor and knickknacks in the cabin, and the fact that my 8 yr old daughter could play right outside!

Great location

We had a great time. My kids enjoyed the slopes in the yard to go sledding. The cabin was cozy and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again. I was a little worried because of the beige carpet but other than that everything was perfect!

Great Karma Cabin

My family of four had a great experience at Great Karma Cabin. Jennifer left a welcome basket with goodies and a Star Bros. gift card. The house instructions, rules and check out list is helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful location !

Right by Santa’s Village and 5-7 mins from downtown Village center. We recently stayed with our 2 young children and had a wonderful time. We wish there had been a little more snow but will definitely be returning in the future. They had toys for the kids, lots of DVDs and Wi-Fi for us to stay connected.

Amazing experience!

We booked our stay prior to the holidays. We walked in too such a cozy and comfortable cabin. With the most clear and specific rules and directions needed to have everything go smoothly. Plus Jennifer the owner emailed me 3 days prior our stay and gave us all of the instructions and even let us know we could check in earlier if we’d like to! Definitely booking this cabin again as my 2 children and wife loved staying here. Once again thank you Jennifer for hosting us in your cozy cabin. Best experience we’ve had renting a cabin.

Excellent Cabin, warm hosts and cool mountain air!

Jennifer and her family have decided to share a gem of a cabin with the rest of us. Simple, rustic, quaintly-decorated and perfect for a small family vacation or group escape. Located just off the main road, but healed deep enough to cut off the rest of the world, you are able to access Lake Arrowhead Village and Santa's Village/Skypark Adventure complex in just a few minute drive. Highly recommended, we will be back!
