「Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. Celui ci est perché dans les montagnes et très proche de la ville. Lino, le conducteur de Tuktuk affilié à l’hôtel vous donnera des rides en ville à un très bas prix. La vue est magnifique sur le lac et le volcan. Le personnel est vraiment génial…ils nous ont grandement aidé lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes! Le déjeuner qui est gratuit est délicieux!」

「The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!」

「Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town but set back into lovely gardens so that you are away from noise and pollution of road. The hot spa is very relaxing and appreciated ! Staff is attentive and always cheerful. Rooms are clean, basic and in line with the rest of the place . 」
