“We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife.”

“Everything was clean and well maintained. My wife and I are both 6’ and therefore the toilets were small. We both prefer high ones. We had a 3rd floor view of the lake which was wonderful.”

“This was my second time attempting to stay at this hotel, and I had previously stayed here for a period of time, so I had a certain level of trust in this property. However, this experience was very disappointing. Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to a system synchronization delay on the hotel’s side, the updated information was not visible……

“Most of the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The desk chair needed to be replaced as the leatherette surface was flaking off over 90% of the surface. The lobby was beautiful. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The breakfast was very good with several choices. We would definitely return if the opportunity arises.”

“The jacuzzi in our room was nasty, I called the front desk and asked if they could do anything about it and they said no, still trying to get a hold of them to make it right”

“The property was clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful! The pool is outdoors, but my kids really enjoyed it when we visited in early July. Breakfast was just ok. There was some construction in the sidewalk and parking lot areas, but there was still plenty of room.”

“Nice, clean hotel. Decent breakfast. I found the mattresses and pillows to be very hard and uncomfortable. Difficult to maintain a constant desirable temperature in the room - it would go from cold to hot and back to cold routinely. Housekeeping staff continued to knock on the door in the morning, even though we weren't checking out & had the "do not disturb" sign posted.”

“We arrived around 10pm with our 1 year old. Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage……

“Breakfast menu was bolid eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal packs. No microwave in the room. You have to stand on the toilet to use the sink. Staff knocked on the door at 8 am to "kick" you out when check out is at 11am. Definitely the worst stay I've ever experienced. ”
