Mislead, deceived and still No Refund 3 weeks
Booked two rooms to come down and volunteer cleaning up the hurricane ravished area. Upon arrival after a 16 hour drive the hotel was inoperable and closed for business. Forcing us to try and find other accommodations. That was Sept. 23 and Still No refund

I showed up to the hotel and it was missing the roof due to hurricane Laura. We have not been able to get ahold of anyone to get a refund or a new hotel. My guys had to sleep in there trucks for 2 days

Worst stay ever!
Had ticks crawling on chair next to bed , tub & shower was unclean , tried to switch rooms but other 2 rooms we were shown was dirty as well , booked 2 nights & only stayed a few mins if that & couldn't get money back because of course they don't do refunds even after we showed him the conditions of the room plus you have to pay a $50 deposit that nobody tells you about until you get to the window to get your key.

I will NOT be back. Horrible place!
The room was in horrible condition. There were holes in the sheets, the pillows were flat and extremely used in threadbare pillowcases. There stains all over the toilet seat and what looked like cigarette burns on the side of the tub. The non smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The lock was barely hanging on the 2 tiny screws on the door, i was terrified sleeping because the security was obviously shoddy at best. The air conditioning barely worked and in south Louisiana during june the air conditioner is a must have!

Literally my worst experience with the hotel. Really, really bad place. First they gave me key from the room which was occupied, so I walked in on someone laying in bed. Then when I got to my room- it smells terrible like moldy, the sheets are falling a part, and they have strange plastic sheets on the pillows that makes it very uncomfortable and I had bags crawling on me all night. It was very noisy all night, and I felt unsafe. They were many people constantly outside, talking, knocking, fighting etc. In addition their WiFi was broken, as well as the pool. Front desk just refused to do anything for me, I asked to cancel and leave 20 min after check in due to half of the amenities being unavailable- but was rejected. I never even received any apologies. Lastly- they accept deposit only in cash( no, no credit cards accepted), and they conveniently have an ATM with heavy fee in the lobby.

Not worth the money
There where roaches in the room, something splattered on the walls, burn wholes in a non smoking room. No non smoking signs posted in side the room at all.

Not good
It was noticeably in poor shape. Management wasn’t honest about early check in and availability of rooms. Dishonest advertising of amenities. Housekeeping was awesome and super sweet. They deserve better than that place.

Water pressure is horrible but overall can’t ask for much for the price. Won’t be able to stay again tho because the manager said my roommate had too many people there after I went to work. Roommate says it was only when she was checking out but I guess the decision is final.

I had to switch rooms 3 turns it bathroom was nasty tub not clean a hole in the wall soon as you walk in the room with a towel stuck in it and I had to pay a extra deposit for nastiness room a finally got had roaches but look like the we’re trying to remodel I only stayed because he told me no refund if I checked in are not from a different state so had no choice
