「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「The hotel is located on the picturesque shores of Lake Como, & ferry terminal right out front. Our room with a view of pool & lake. Room is clean & spacious, excellent hot shower. Overlooking stunning lake from Restaurant. Friendly & helpful staff. 」

They stayed in contact with me via messages and answered all questions. I will absolutely return to this hotel my next trip to Brunate. 」
