THE SPACE:
This space is open-concept and functional. The kitchen has ample counter space, an eating bar, and is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to have the comforts of home.
The living room sofa easily converts into a very cozy bed (full XL mattress size) for lounging by the TV, playing board games, or sleeping and includes a mattress topper for added comfort. We have provided you with an additional room darkening curtain, a white noise machine, and a fan if desired.
The tastefully decorated bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen bed, nightstands with touch-lamp nightlights, a desk, dresser, and walk-in closet.
The Suite is stocked with three sets of incredibly soft 680 thread count Pima cotton sheets, an extra duvet and cover, extra pillows, blankets, throws, many towels, and more.
In the living room sideboard, you’ll find games, puzzles, tourism guides, plenty of children’s toys and books, and more.
Under your covered pergola, you can put your feet up and relax with a beverage while listening to music on our Wonderboom 3 and enjoying the gorgeous views across the valley. Hummingbirds love our feeder that’s hanging nearby, and you’re welcome to use any herbs from the herb garden outside your entrance door.

THE PROPERTY:
You will have access to your own driveway located on the right side of our front yard. The steps from this driveway will take you down the right side of the house into your private, sectioned off portion of the backyard with grass and a covered pergola.
The Sunrise Suite is a legal, lower ground level 1 bedroom basement suite, completely separate from the hosts who live upstairs.
GUEST INTERACTION:
All of our contact information and mode is included in our Welcome Guide which is sent digitally a few days prior to arrival, with a paper copy in the Suite.
Heather is available over Airbnb messaging, and both Heather & Lance are available over text, phone, or email.
