We enjoyed our stay at the Cowichan Cottage. The location is close to everything, and the unit is well equipped. We would come back again sometime.

Overall great stay!

The location is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops/restaurants in town. It’s located directly on the water and is peaceful. The suite was well equipped with bedding and kitchen supplies. One thing I did notice was the property was very dark and no lighting on the side of the property. I also found the booking process to be complicated and not user friendly. The virtual check in was easy but you have to make sure all the forms are filled out prior to arrival or you won’t get a code.

What a gem

We really enjoyed our stay , the cabins were spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our family trip tubing down the river. Close to everything yet felt private. We enjoyed the backyard and the dock. Will stay again

Perfect Location! Beautiful Accommodation!

The suite was in a perfect location! Easy to walk through town to shops and restaurants. The suite was clean, had nice modern appliances. The beds were all comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The outside was nicely maintained and had lots of outdoor seating. The dock was nice right on the river. Easy access and quick responses from staff for quick requests. I would recommend for sure!

Felt like a riverside retreat

We really enjoyed our stay, watching tubers floating by from our deck and launching ourselves from the dock. The interior was all very modern and had everything we could possibly need. Thank you!

A little disappointed.

You should offer contact and info either email OR text. I don't do emails on phone. I left 4 days prior to the 1 night stay. Had no idea of the entry code or how to work the remote for heat( the room was very cold). (thank god my daughter had a connection for entry). I didn't know there wasn't a front desk to check in. There was no hot water!!! it was barely luke warm!! so no bath or shower !!! The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
