"Very friendly check-in and house keeping staff. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a very nice gesture. Our room was immaculate and the bonus of having a distinct sitting room made our trip special. Great quiet location close to shopping, restaurants and major roadways."

"We stayed in suite 2. Very clean and beautiful room. Quiet and right on the lake. Very beautiful setting. The information about the property and amenities are unclear. We didn't ask though, but I'm sure they would have been very responsive. The bed was very soft. Water pressure is not great and the temperature fluctuated is others in the building were running water. That might have to do with being right on the lake. All in all, we'd stay again."

"Location is the only reason this place is still in business. The hot spring fed pools are very unique, but the noise from said pools is like trying to relax beside a night club. If you are looking for peace and quiet go somewhere else. If you want the screaming children over filled mexican resort experience, maybe this is for you."

"Toilet was missing a hose so there was no flush. TV wasn’t connected to the cable box because there was no HDMI cable. Front door to the lobby was broken Overall maintenance of the hotel is dated and the walls, doors, washrooms were unclean with obvious signs of wear and tear. Staff did as good as a job as they could with how busy they were but the hotel needs higher standards in terms of basic cleanliness and presentation."
