Room is large with everything you need including a small fridge & coffeemaker. Good tv & comfortable bed. The hotel is old and in need of tlc; however the price is right for this tourist area.

First night there was zero heat and we froze all night and the toilet stopped working. They moved us to a different room the second night and gave us a space heater.. The heat not working was a known issue but we were not told about it. Not happy with our stay.

When we arrived, the room was stifling hot, but they brought us an air conditioner and that made it much more pleasant. Some upgrades would make it a much better property. It was an okay stay for our first time in Harrison. The bedding needs to be upgraded, ripped pillow cases, old pillows and mattresses. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Friendly staff, quiet location but dated hotel with no desire for upkeep (stains on carpets in hallways, marks on walls in rooms, window handles partially broken)

It’s a great location the pond was gross in the hotel. It could use an update in the bathrooms. It did have a bit of a musty smell in the hotel. But that comes with age, people coming from the beach with wet stuff. The wardrobe in the room was old and looked junky I would stay again due to location and we were not spending much time in the hotel as we were there for the beach
