「Preet encouaged communication and questions as needed. Unit was roomy and clean. More comfortable kitchen chairs would be the only suggested upgrade. General suburban walking was enjoyable, but be prepared for some hills.」

「Nice apartment. We stayed for a whole month and it was very welcoming. I worked from home and the office is really nice to have. Amazing location - Abbotsford is great for exploring the area, you get to avoid a lot of Vancouver traffic. Host was responsive and really nice. Parking in the drive way available. 」

「We stayed one night while hiking/brewery tours in Hope. The communication was excellent, check in was easy, the suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable! There is an electric fireplace which makes for a great ambiance, a fridge and an outdoor fire pit. It was very quiet and the feather duvet and bed were very comfortable! Would highly recommend! 」

「What a great find. This was our final pit stop on our cross Canada road trip, and what a beautiful, peaceful spot to finish it off with. We booked this last minute, but it exceeded our expectations, and host Sheri has truly thought about everything you may need as a guest. It was spotless, and had all the essentials, but the extra touches really made it a standout, like the instructional videos which were super helpful. Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
