不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the bed linens had visible stains, which made the space feel unsanitary and uncomfortable to stay in. These issues were present at check-in.
The host did eventually respond and offered to change the sheets, but given the overall condition of the unit upon arrival, we did not feel confident that the property met basic cleanliness standards. As a result, we chose not to stay and had to make alternate arrangements.
Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation when booking accommodations, and this property did not meet that standard during our visit. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.
