“Had a great stay!! It was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The park was peaceful, the facilities were great and the friendly staff were friendly. Would happily stay again.”

Cabin 16 was a disgrace, very poor , needs maintenance bad, Air con filters need cleaning badly disgusting, Stove is 50 years old , rubbish , Fire hose falling from the outside wall , stairs are dangerous loose anti slip on tread, Tooth brush on ledge in shower cubical and medication plunger on bunk bed from previous people who stayed there , Shower rose needs replacing, Had to have the park maintenance guy come to fix the……

“Nice to have a hotel as part of the property so you can walk there for dinner and drinks (great pizzas) Great bathroom lots of room. Pity about the view from our balcony (power station and power poles) since it’s called the outback resort. Carpets and curtains need a clean.”

“The vent in shower was dirty, the sink tap was not attached to the sink, light in toilet flicked several time before coming on, light in main area wasn’t the best..electrical issues. The unit needs some maintenance.”

“I arrived at 1pm and it state check in to Cabins was 2pm. As I walked in the lady behind counter was not friendly at all and just say "check in is at 2pm and say come back" More important all cabins was already cleaned as we asked the lady that was cleaning a cabin so no delay there. we have travelled 1200km and that service was appalling. Most places would have let us in unless there was still issues with the cabin. We then came back at 2:45pm and office door was locked. Must say never seen……

“First of all. On arrival mid afternoon the reception was locked. No clear sign of what to do. I phoned the number on the door and it didn’t work. Then phoned the number that said ‘emergency/after hours’. The gentleman who answered was helpful and efficient. But if left unattended, there should be clear instructions. Very basic accommodation. Bedroom had one bedside table only, no bedside lamps. There was an electric blanket but one side didn’t have a power outlet nearby. Room was tight and very……
