“Super helpful staff. Very nice hotel. However no internet in rooms and there is zero sound proofing - very unfortunate when neighbours watch TV. Thankfully staff gave us the option to move to a quieter room.”

“Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The cleaning staff were excellent the room was clean and tidy every day . The reception staff always helpful , they helped book restaurants and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable . The spa is fantastic , lake view rooms amazing breakfast plentiful and delicious . Lake Garda is stunning i absolutely adore it there . I would stay there again in a heartbeat. ”
