「Stay was good」

「Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :)」

There is plenty to do in the area - our family went Horseback riding at Circle B Ranch, rail biking riding in North Creek, and took a summer ski lift ride up Gore Mountain. 「My friend and I had a wonderful relaxing week in the woods. The cottage was clean and cozy. Someone was there to meet me when I arrived to be sure I had everything I needed. It was quit chilly this week, but we used the little space heater to keep warm. There is a big wood stove, but we didn’t use it. We love kayaking everyday and exploring fun things to do in the area. The lake is so beautiful and clear for swimming and kayaking, and no one was using the shared beach, but us! We loved rail...

「Arrived around 5 on Saturday. Great location. Once I figured out how to open key holder, we moved in. We enjoyed our cabin, found the information folders helpful. We had a nice fire and enjoyed our stay. Our suggestions for improvement. The light in the main room was very bright. A dimmer light switch would have been appreciated. Would like to have had a reading light on both sides of the bed.」

「This is a nice, lakefront property, exactly as described in the profile. It does require climbing a number of stairs to get both to the main property and then down to the lake. But there’s plenty of space on the main floor, and three comfortable bedrooms on the lower floor.」
