Desk clerk was kind and welcoming. We were given a “upgraded room”, just because. A young woman who was cleaning rooms noticed our struggle with unlocking the door (yes, real keys are still used at this motel!) and came to help without being asked.

This is a no-frills place. It was clean and comfortable, budget friendly. Centrally located to all restaurants and the lake is across the street.

Quaint motel right in town and convenient to many shops and restaurants. Room was clean and we enjoyed having a fridge and microwave. Bed was ok. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful place, it was our second year there and always very pleased. Exceptionally clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, staff is friendly and perfect walking distance to Shepard park, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, and steamboat company.

Nice heated pool with towels. A fire pit was lit in the evening which was a nice meeting place. Very family friendly with multiple seating areas, & charcoal grills for "eating in". You could also walk to lake, Shepard park that has fireworks, and bands on evenings. Great place to stay, we have been coming for years. Saratoga Racetrack 20 min. away

The internet was horrible. Most guests seemed to be smokers , which was very irritating to a non smokers. They actually seemed to cater to the smokers.

A nice place for families that don’t want a lot of fuss. The room had an odd smell, though, and an unidentified stain on the comforter. Shower is also low pressure.

Une air conditionnée fait beaucoup de bruit empêche de dormir à cause du bruit, pas de fan dans la salle de bain alors quand tu fait un numéro 2 sa sens partout dans la chambre et la salle de bain manque un peu de propreté pas de shopping pour deux personnes seulement pour une personne et la chambre pas de place très très petite Ne peut pas passé deux personne un à côté de l’autre pour aller à la salle de bain Nous sommes très déçu pour le prix que nous avons payé

Usually stay at larger chain hotels so this was a change for us. Property was clean and an easy walk to shopping and eating. Rooms are small but vacation isnt about hanging out in a room. Check in/out was super fast and easy and real keys for the rooms is a cute mom and pop charm! There’s a few things I would add like more hooks or shelves in the bathroom and a 2nd side table by the bed but that’s being super picky!! I would definitely stay again !!!

This was a cute property in such a great location for shopping and lake activities! The rooms were a tad small, but clean and well maintained! The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows! We even looked at the pillow tags to see if we could find some for home!! The pool was wonderfully refreshing , and they started a fire in the firepit each night. It rained a lot during our stay, but that didn't stop us from enjoying everything. The staff was wonderful! We will stay there again!

My family stayed for two night. Our room was a double queen bed. It was a little small but everything was extremely clean. Housekeeping was prompt and great. They did not mention the pool was heated so when we went in we found out it was heated. Withing walking distance of the downtown Lake George Village so no need to park there, just leave your car behind! I would highly recommend the Heritage Inn to anyone! You will not be disappointed!
