Boulder Ridge is the perfect mountain retreat nestled in the southern Adirondack mountains surrounded by nature, while being just 5 miles from Lake George Village. This chalet log home offers plenty of rustic charm, privacy, breathtaking views of the Adirondack high peeks, and plenty of space for entertainment and family gatherings. The house accommodates 12 guests, offering 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with additional sleeping in the loft and the furnished basement. The master bedroom has a private en-suite with a jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. The other 2 bedrooms, offer a full sized bed and a set of bunk beds in one, and a queen sized bed and a full in the other.

The Chalet features a gourmet kitchen, with Viking stainless steel appliances, Corian countertop, hickory cabinets, and imported blue flagstone flooring. The great room boasts a floor to ceiling wood burning river rock fireplace, vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and oak flooring throughout.

The finished basement offers a family or recreation area which includes, a slate top pool table, foosball table, large TV for gaming with seating, assorted board games and additional sleeping options, a full length couch and a set of bunkbeds. There is also a new large capacity Samsung washer and dryer set available for guests to use during their stay.

Boulder Ridge is a mountain estate encompassing 61 private acres of mountainous forests full of hiking/ATV trails, wildlife, and spectacular Mountain Views. The house features a large rap-around deck on 3 sides, one of which is a covered porch. On the deck is a BBQ grill, a picnic table and additional seating for outdoor entertainment and dining. In the side yard there is a large fire pit for roasting marshmallows with the kids and evening entertainment for adults.

Guns and hunting are not allowed on the premises without the express written permission of the owner!

We welcome all snowmobile and winter sport enthusiasts. Our property is large enough to accommodate snowmobile trailers of all sizes. The Warren County snowmobile trails are a short ride from the property. You can access Lake George Village from these trails. Trail maps will be provided. [A signed liability waiver is required, and will be provided]. Boulder Ridge is approximately 20 minutes from Gore and West Mountain Ski Centers, and only 10 minutes to Hickory Hill Ski Center. The property is 10 minutes from the Village of Lake George, and approximately 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center, the Saratoga casino and race tracks. Great Escape Amusement park and Splash Water Kingdom is a short 15 minute ride.

During the winter months 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the house, given that the terrain is mountainous.
