Great place/host/location

Wonderful location, clean, fun for kiddos, cozy, and next to everything you would want for nice weekend getaway. 5 mins from the slopes in either direction. Beautiful view and Tina (Host) was delightful to deal with and made the process and stay simple and enjoyable!!!

Pocono nostalgia

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was a great size with modern amenities combined with rustic wood paneling and nostalgic old games. we enjoyed many hours in the hot tub relaxing and just sitting quietly among nature. Lighting inside is dim, combined with shade from the forest can be a challenge for those with vision impairment.

Clean cozy home with wonderful views

I have stayed in the Poconos every year for a winter weekend getaway and Tina’s house was by far the cleanest home I have stayed in. Great family house with a great fireplace deck and views of big boulder mountains. We will definitely be going back.

Great host, lovely rental

The host Tina was wonderful! Super responsive and helpful! The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the lake, with a private beach. Home was cozy, with a great dining table and several comfy couches. Game room was a plus. Kitchen was adequately stocked with equipment, and it was awesome to have a dishwasher and laundry machine. The house was a bit confusing, so would have been helpful to have some sort of manual (we had issues with the internet, regulating the temperature, finding the beach and locating passes, etc). But again, the host was super helpful. Also, neighbor houses are quite close and the hot tub and fire pit locations weren't very picturesque. But those are small quibbles with a mostly lovely house.

Quaint Cabin-esque House

Enjoyable weekend getaway. There’s a beautiful fireplace in the living room with plenty of wood to burn, entertainment throughout the house, and plenty of space for family activities. If you want to get out, there’s also a lot of restaurants in the town which is a short drive.

Amazing!!

Wonderful property, very clean and well kept. My only advise is that if you plan to cook, there are some pots and pans but not much so maybe take some from home. Other than that the place is gorgeous, I would recommend and we plan to go back there again.

Beautiful Place!

Beautiful house with awesome views! Waking up to the sunrise over the lake with a bunch of deer right by you is an awesome way to start your day. Nighttime hot tub is a great experience!

It was allll good , until....!

The house is beautiful. The area is lovely. However for some odd reason the day we were scheduled to leave the water was not working at all. We could not clean ourselves or the house. When the property manager (Tina) was contacted at first she seemed professional, Offering to give me $100 yes , $100 credit for the inconvenience for six people with the total 1600 and then some for the weekend. I was kind enough to say let’s make it 200 and move on but then she text me about an hour later saying we broke three of her windows! this was extremely frustrating and disheartening because I was on such a high from having a good time although we didn’t have water I was kind enough to let it go. But for her to then accuse us of breaking three windows and deny me the credit that she initiated. I feel like it’s discrimination and I am ready to call a lawyer. Tina is constantly texting me telling me we broke windows at her home when we did no such thing why would she ruin such a good weekend with this nonsense? I have been inconvenienced and disappointed. I am due a credit for no water! And my security deposit. This is a nightmare! I also have time stamped video of the walk through when we first arrived! The windows were already broken. She then Staged a photo of the broke piece next to the window and sent it to me. I can’t make this up!!!! Please help!!!! Jessica

Cozy Winter Lodge

Tina was an absolute delight to have as a host. She answered any questions we had promptly and even gave me a call to ensure our stay was perfect. As for the house, spotless and just as shown in the pictures. 3 floors and plenty of room for myself and 7 friends to stay in. Fully packed with linens and kitchenware. Can’t leave the best part out either, the hot tub! Nothing better than relaxing outside with friends or family in a hot tub during the winter season. Absolutely recommend Tina’s home! 10/10
