The backyard is fully fenced and PRIVATE (no one can look into the yard) like staying at your own private resort in the desert :)

Both adults & kid's will LOVE the pool area of this home. There's a shallow baja shelf on one end, swmming area and also a table with large umbrella in the pool to enjoy a cold beverage. Plus, enjoy the soothing of the waterfall & relax sore muscles in spa after long day of play on the lake.

Located just 5 minutes from the lake and Windsor Beach launch ramps & state park. FULL use of two-car garage and plenty of room to park your boat or wave runners on shaded side of the house (or behind secure double gates).

PING PONG table is under shaded patio by the pool & we also provide corn hole boards in lighted area for evening play Alexa music pods are located inside AND outside by the pool.

Enjoy a family cookout on large stainless steel propane BBQ located in the SHADE - so only your hamburger buns get toasted on HOT summer days : ) Oh...and don't forget to grab the marshmallows on your way out the door, since there's a cozy FIREPIT to gather around on cooler nights (firewood is provided!).

This vacation home is SUPER clean and beautifully furnished with every amenity provided making it your favorite "home away from home". You'll want to tell your friends what a fabulous place you found and return again & again!

NOTE: The minimal cleaning fee is $149 (for 2-4 guests). $10 will be added for each additional person. Please mention if you plan on having visitors during your stay when booking - approval is required and there may be a nominal fee for more people using the property than listed on the reservation.

Monthly WINTER & SPRING rentals (Nov-April) price quoted is for 2 guests. Max is 4 guests for monthly stays. Price quoted for monthly stays is for 2 guests (add $125 for each additional person). Cleaning fee for one month stay is $220. Two months is $245.

The beds in the house are very comfortable and sleep 4 adults & up to 3 children. One King bed, one queen bed and third bedroom has a bunk bed w/ double bed on bottom & twin bed* for child on top. * Weight limit on twin (top) bunk bed is 100 pounds.

The pool has a solar cover (may be used in cooler months) which cuts heating costs up to 60% and helps maintain pool temp once heated. The Jacuzzi jets can be enjoyed year-round (with or without heat). Guests are responsible for cost of propane to heat pool & jacuzzi. There is a monitor on the tank. A separate $250-500 deposit may be required to cover propane costs if guests' plan on heating the POOL.
