The check-in was smooth and easy. The host communicated in a timely manner. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils and all the necessary items you need for a good time. The pool is perfect size and backyard is great for entertaining. Overall we had a great time.

Great location

Great place for large families, multiple family stay. Pool and outside are perfect spot to hang out. Close to lake, London Bridge, and Sara’s Park.

Wonderful house

Loved staying here! House was huge! Big enough for us to spread out! Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi! Would totally stay here again. Check in was easy. Host was super responsive when we had a question!

Fun!

We used this house to host my boyfriends 30th birthday! It was just like the photos. The pool and game room were amazing. The rooms were awesome, the house was clean and we would definitely stay again.

Great large home with views

We rented this house to fit 3 families and it worked great! The backyard is large with a fabulous view! The game room downstairs gives you a great place to hang out and have some fun. We also enjoyed having all the bedrooms on different levels because it gave everyone space and privacy. Great home and the owners were quick to get back to me if I had a question. We will definitely be renting it again.

Perfect for large groups that love beautiful views.

We had a group of friends and kids ranging an age from seven to adult. Very beautiful home that was very clean and the views were spectacular. Perfect location, 4 miles from incredible hiking paths, and 2 miles from London Bridge. Kay was very responsive when needed and Went the extra mile consistently. The pool was wonderful. The neighborhood was upscale. Thanks again for making our vacation. Very special.

Great Home and Amenities

We have stayed in over ten different properties in and around Havasu City. This home was by far the best value and accommodated the most people with the least amount of shared rooms, etc. The pool and spa were amazing. We ran into several issues where doors would not latch and lock, the front door handle kept falling off, and random empty planters/pots on the pool deck as if maintenance staff just left them there. When you really looked closely at the property, it really felt like it was neglected and not maintained, which was a real bummer. Hopefully, in the off-season, they will catch up on all the repairs because this is a really nice home.
