Stunning lake view home. This 6 bedroom, 4 bath home has everything! The downstairs walkout basement has a large living space, pool table, movie-like room, bathroom, wet bar and bedroom that walk out to the the pool and spa. The main level boasts a beautifully remodeled kitchen, huge family room with fireplace, dining room, living room, bedroom, laundry and large rear balcony. The master bedroom is on the upper level with a private balcony and bath along with the 2 other bedrooms and guest bath. With side parking and a large boat deep driveway this home has room for everything. High chair available!

MAX OCCUPANTS
Can sleep up to 20 guests. Any number of guests beyond the 16 on the reservation must be disclosed prior to arrival. There will be a $35/person per night extra fee for the additional guests.

Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Residential neighborhood - quiet, across from the main entryway to Havasu, across the street from the new launch ramp, minutes to the entertainment, restaurants, London Bridge

SPA HEATING
>Note: Pool is not heatable
>Spa heating is included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $100/week charge for spa usage
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)

CAMERAS
*In place for safety, security, and liability reasons. Will be fined if tampered with

DEPOSIT
$500 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $1000 during holidays)

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
