We're very happy on this place we stayed! Other than it was affordable, the house has everything we needed. The AC runs like it was brand new we forgot how hot it is till we went outside. We definitely coming back. I highly recommend this house!

This place was perfect and reasonable on a very short term notice due to a family emergency. We would have loved it even more under different circumstances and if the weather was nicer. Will visit again

Havasu winter get away

Nice home and pool area is wonderful. I would read carefully through the property rules and maybe discuss any requests with manager prior to booking like turning on hot tub so warmed before arrival and adjusting home water temps in winter stays but overall a nice property and manager. We would stay again. Thanks Kay!

This is a great house with all of the amenities you would need.

As stated in another review, the hot tub took an entire day to heat up. We rented this house because we knew the pool water would be too cold but planned on using the hot tub. Besides that, we really had no problems. Great rental

Trip to Lake Havasu

This property was perfect for me and my kids to enjoy our trip to Lake Havasu. Everyone got a comfortable bed, the hot tub and billiards table were a hit. The pool could have been warmer but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Great location, clean and comfortable !
