Clean, quiet, good location.

Each year a group of us old timers converges on lake havasu to water ski, and reminisce about past lake trips. Our vrbo this year was great! House was clean, well kept, and the host was in constant contact with us to help with any issues. Highly recommend! 😀

Fantastic Christmas getaway

Overall this was a great place to stay. We were leaving snow for a warmer Christmas and having a heated pool and hot tub was perfect for the family. Both were very clean and really nice. The home was good, and sufficient for our needs. The hosts were incredible to work with. Here we were on Christmas reaching out to see how to heat the hot tub, and the hosts were responsive and prompt. It was their Christmas as well but they were so patient and kind In helping us with directions that we had already received but somehow missed. In addition to that we had another VRBO for our stay in lake Havasu City that had problems and caused us to have to change places. This host was gracious enough to let us get in a day earlier than the VRBO app would allow us, it really was a blessing.

Nice clean quiet house.

The house, the pool & the property were all clean, quiet, and very accommodating. The garage was also clean, available for our use. We would stay here again.

Nice home for a family vacation

The home has recently be remodeled. Communication with the owner was very easy. Backyard is great for entertaining with foosball, nice pool and spa, and if you have a boat their is room to store it on the side of the house. We would definitely rent here again.

My stay was okay. Pool items need updating there were broken golf clubs and old swimming masks etc.. however thank you for having life jackets for little ones they came in very handy. Most dishes and pots and pans were not clean. We did like the hot tub however to offer a pool that was so cold you couldn't use without being charged a extra 125.00 a day for it to be heated. Was not happy about that.

Lovely home away from home

My partner, his sister, and I spent a few days here this Fall. In town for a family event. We found the house quite comfortable with all we needed to feel at home. Great place to rest after long days away doing other things. We enjoyed using the hot tub in the evenings. This host has thought of everything! She was responsive and helpful when we needed a little assistance with the spa. This would be a comfortable and fun place for a much larger group, especially I imagine in the summertime. Many thanks for an enjoyable and restful stay.

Well-furnished, quiet neighborhood

Great stay first time using VRBO. Property was clean and property manager was attentive. Seeing as it was our first time renting a house like this, I was apprehensive. But the property was awesome and the process easy. Great clean property. Pool was on point. If you want a great quiet place to unwind after a day on the lake, but still be able to swim I recommend this property.

Relaxing Get Away

We had a great time at this rental. Everything was nice and clean just as shown in the pictures. Access and contact with the owner was a breeze. The pool area was a great spot for us to unwind and let the kiddos play. We would definitely stay here again.
