「We had a lovely stay. The cottage is charming and perfectly appointed. It is comfortable and full of amenities. We wanted a place that was located in a beautiful setting so that we can relax, but close enough to enjoy the attractions of Lake George and beyond and this location fit the bill. Tom was very gracious and responsive. He made sure everything was perfect for our trip. Would love to come back!」

「We had a wonderful stay. The property was lovely. It was well kept, clean and organized. It felt peaceful. The only thing I would suggest is to add to the listing that though pets are welcome they aren't allowed to be left unattended in the cabin. This is certainly understandable since some people don't train their pets. However, not being able to do so limited what we could do on a few days. Also listing a puppy day care in the welcome binder as an option for days renters would like to venture...

「This was a 5-day, large family, vacation. There were a few minor issues, but nothing we couldn't overcome. We absolutely loved the location. There were a couple of days that we didn't even leave the property. The mosquitos were horribly, horribly bad! We went through a lot of insect spray and tiki torch fuel, but we were prepared for them. Thanks, Lisa」

「Directly on the lake, you can walk out onto your own private peninsula, fish (I caught two bass in ten minutes), or just enjoy the lounge chairs or couples swing while gazing at the pristine lake or soaking up the fire we made in the brand new fire pit. 「The cabin was perfect venue for our stay at Gore Mountain. The home was extremely clean with no detail left unturned, including gift baskets in the bathrooms and complementary wine for new visitors. The property was just private enough and perfect for our furry baby who enjoyed the woods every day. The whole family, including Belle the dog, were super friendly and welcoming, chatting with us, showing us around the property and even hand delivered a half dozen fresh eggs from their chickens! 「My family and some friends stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding down the street at Juniper Springs Barn. The cabin was in great condition and exactly as listed. There were lots of bedrooms for all the adults and kids and two large family rooms for relaxing space for everyone. Each night we enjoyed cocktails in the enclosed porch while the kids fell asleep. We were worried that the house would be hot in the summer but the owners provided many AC units and fans which kept the home...

「Property is very nice and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The bedrooms had a lot of space, the beds were very comfortable, and the furnishings were very retro, but stately (I love retro style!). Lots of sunshine from the windows. Kitchen is small, but adequate. The front porch was very nice and relaxing - I wish I could’ve enjoyed it longer. I really have no complaints except that I didn’t book a longer stay! I would love to come back to it and stay longer!」
