"Room had bugs"

"Worst experience ever. It took an hour before they check me in and my family cause the front desk said that Expedia book through a third party which I don’t understand and they ask me to pay additional fee because they told me that there’s more tax that I need to pay which never happen to me to all my booking through Expedia. After I was checked in, me and my family went to our room and worst thing happen, they gave the wrong room. I booked a 1 bedroom with 2 beds and instead what I got is a no separate bedroom with 1 bed and they couldn’t transfer me cause front desk told me that they are fully booked."

"My room had a very strong smell. Something between smoke or paint. The room looked like recently remodeled, underneath the bathroom sink and the closet didn’t even painted yet (dirty board still exposed)."

"Laundry room was not working, and apparently had not been working for a long time. Screen door to private balcony area was intentionally cut/torn near the lock/handle (showed evidence of a previous break-in attempt). Other than that, our stay was pleasant."
