"This is a beautiful property with privacy from the neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was very clean and everything was in great working condition. I would highly recommend staying at this property. We used it for a work retreat. The main living room was perfect for our work sessions during the day. The living room couch was huge and very comfortable to sit on while we collaborated on our work projects. Thank you for being a great host!"

"House was really nice. Location was away from all the traffic. Nice and quiet. Pool was nice. We went in everyday. House was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool table was nice. Propane fire pits on both floors and grill upstairs. Paddle boards and kayak were on the dock. We paddled out to the islands. We enjoyed our stay"

"Considering the house had been used in a TV show, we expected it to be in better condition. The master bedroom had used soap left on the shelf and the power outlets didn't work in the bathroom or the bedroom. This was an issue throughout, as finding an outlet that worked was a game. The downstairs bathrooms had some damage, including a cracked mirror, and one of the showers was non-functional. Overall, the location and house are great, but having fire pits at the pool would be a nice touch if they worked. "

"OVERALL OUR STAY AT TINKER PLACE WAS GREAT!The property was clean and spacious. We did not lack for anything. There are a couple of things I would like to submit foryour consideration and the safety of future guest.My husband is 76 years old, safety bars in one or all the showers would be helpful. A very simple handrail by thestairs going down to the dock would have also been helpful. The shower stall floor in the queen bedroom on the main floor is very slippery when wet. A safety bar would be of help getting in and out of the shower.Overall, our stay was great, and we would not hesitate to stay there again. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR HOME"
