Lakefront Perfection

Amazing Home

This was probably the best vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Was perfectly comfortable for us during our stay in NC for a wedding. House has got it all and it’s well maintained.

Great getaway for families!

I unique neighborhood for sure! Saunderosa was like a "family resort!" It had a game room, bar, workout room, and a great deck, dock...and hot tub. It was fantastic!

The Perfect Lake getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a great long weekend at the Saunderosa house for our anniversary trip. The house has a great location in a quiet neighborhood with a perfect view of the water. Lots of outdoor seating perfect for sipping on something good whether it be dawn or dusk. The house really did feel like a home and we settled in quickly. We will definitely be back!

Great place to get away

The lake house was the perfect location for a quick family reunion. It was comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. It was close to mountain bike and hiking trails and was dog friendly. We look forward to coming back.forward to

A view of fresh air!

A group of us/friends stayed there as a type of reunion. We had a great time- enjoyed the beautiful views repeatedly as well as walks through the neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked and we made several meals. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Our host was attentive and gracious. We had a lovely coat and hope to return.

As advertised!

Property was beautiful, perfect for a family vacation. Something for everyone, gaming area/bar in bottom level was awesome! Plenty of space for meals in or out. Enjoyed floating off the dock area. Sporting equipment in great shape (kayaks were used multiple times). Kitchen was very functional and had everything needed for any meal. Ice maker in lower level was HUGE! Thanks again Toni for all the communication you had with us during our trip. It is evident that you really care that your guests enjoy their stay! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lake Norman.

This house was so great! Lots of space, plenty of games and things to do, the beds were SO comfortable. The listing and photos do NOT do it justice! It was cozy and homey and we will be back!

We found the home hosted by Toni to be immaculately prepared and well stocked with starter supplies. We enjoyed the spacious deck areas (when it wasn’t pouring down rain 😢. Lots of entertainment areas to keep us busy. Top notch VRBO if you ask me.

Fantastic Holiday Location

We had such a great time at this location. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked which is a super plus! It was comfy, cozy, and outfitted with everything you could ask for. We had such a great time we are looking at possibly staying in the spring or summer. You will not be disappointed with this location for your group. The host was super accommodating.
