Tucked along the gentle shores of Lake Norman, Barefoot Cove is your invitation to slow down, kick off your shoes, and fully embrace lake life. With a rare private sandy beach, sweeping waterfront views, and space for up to 14 guests, this 6-bedroom, 4-bath retreat is a dream destination for families and friends looking to make unforgettable memories.

Step through the front door and be welcomed by a wall of windows framing the sparkling lake just beyond. The open-concept main level invites connection, with a fully stocked kitchen, spacious dining area, and cozy living room all flowing together. Whether you're cooking a feast, gathering for games, or curling up by the fireplace, the lake is always just a glance away.

The main level features three serene bedrooms, including a spacious king ensuite with direct deck access—perfect for sipping your morning coffee lakeside. A cozy queen room and a fun bunk room (with twin-over-twin and twin-over-full built-ins) round out the sleeping spaces on this floor, ideal for both restful nights and giggly sleepovers.

Head downstairs to the entertainment hub of the home, where you'll find three more bedrooms—two queens and a king—as well as a shared bath and a bunk room that's perfect for the kiddos. 📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
