“El personal en el área de desayuno fue muy atento y amigable, pero el personal del front desk nada que ver fueron muy rudos. El área del Pool no habían toallas disponibles, ni papel en los baños, necesitan tener atención en esas áreas. La estadía 3 estrellas, pueden mejorar esas áreas.”

“Breakfast is a "cold" style breakfast besides the waffle maker... ex: cereal, milk, bananas, oranges, pastries and yogurt. Indoor pool was open and clean.”

“This place was disgraceful! My daughter and I pulled up and the place was scary! It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? We didn’t even get in the room we cancelled and found another hotel! Do not stay here!”

“Bay Pointe is a lovely inn. The staff is welcoming, our room had a nice balcony, clean and well-maintained indoor pool. The restaurant was good, fish & chips was the best dish. The grounds are beautiful. For a quiet laid-back trip, it is an excellent choice. The only complaint is they need to find a way to control the flys!”
