Relax Lakeside - Lake Rotoiti Bach

Just a stone's throw from the lake's edge, Relax Lakeside is the perfect spot for a family getaway or a weekend away fishing!

Right across the road from the well known fishing lake Lake Rotoiti, you can throw your fishing rod in to catch dinner, and then head back home to throw it straight on the BBQ.

Drive just five minutes down the road to enjoy the famous Hell's Gate Spa, or make use of one of the many boat ramps to do some jet skiing, water skiing and biscuiting on the lake. There are loads of hikes and walks in the area to choose from too!

With a large, flat section there is ample room to park the boat. Sleeping up to 5 guests, this is a cosy place to rest after a day out exploring the area or attending an event at the nearby Lake Okataina.


With limited mobile reception, your accommodation invites you to take a digital detox, leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and embrace the calm lifestyle. Acceptable

Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again.
