"The only complaint I have for the 3 days we stayed there is that the chlorine smell in the pool area is WAY too strong. I've dealt with indoor and outdoor pool maintenance for the past 30 years and the smell should not be that strong. Either the ventilation is not working properly because it needs more, or there is too much chlorine being used. Both my husband's and my eyes were burning and swelling up from it being too strong. Only 2 other couples were there also and one had to leave because her eye was swollen shut. This is dangerous. The other couple had burning eyes. So ALL of us there had a problem. So something is wrong. Not good for kids or their lungs either. We could only swim once. It needs to be fixed. The rest of the hotel is beautiful , staff was wonderful, food was really good, but management pls fix this asap. Not healthy."

"This cabin was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable! There were 8 of us staying here, and we had more than enough room for everyone. We had such a great time grilling on the back deck, watching movies on the big smart TV, and playing board games together.We also really appreciated Matthew for allowing us an early check-in and for being so accommodating with all of our requests. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but honestly, it made us want to stay for a whole month… haha.We would definitely love to come back again in the future. If you’re looking for a cabin, I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it"

"Asked for a lake view, no response from the kid working the counter. Was not greeted, felt as if we were interrupting his phone scrolling. Asked if the shuttle could take us to the casino, all we get is "Uh, huh!" Couldn't find the ice machine, didn't dare ask where it was. However, the lady at the counter in the morning was extremely pleasant and happy to help with our needs."
