The condo is beautiful. Great spaces. Exactly what we needed in that regard. Would give a 5 star review for that. But there were other frustrating things that popped up that kind of took away from the experience. The biggest issue was that I paid extra to check in early so I would have time to set up before the guest of honor arrived. I was supposed to receive info about check in one hour before check in time. This did not happen. I was never sent the building or unit number so I was just driving around. Eventually someone called to ask if I was settled in and I explained that I was not because I didn’t even know where to go or how to get in. 2.5ish hours past the time I paid to check in early, he was able to help me get in. He was very apologetic and nice. So I could overlook small maintenance things that required someone to come fix but the check in was a major problem. I do want to note that they refunded the extra fee I paid to get in early, which I do appreciate. So again, beautiful place. Rocky check in so just be confident that you have all the info you need prior to actually arriving or maybe get a phone number of someone you can reach so that you are not waiting for a reply to Vrbo messages in case of a problem.
