With direct access to the water and no steps to get there. The house is thoughtfully designed to be wheelchair accessible, featuring ramps, wider doorways, and an accessible bathroom. Outside you can enjoy fun from the dock, play games in the yard, enjoy the fire pit, and end the day relaxing in the hot tub.

With additional table seating for 4 in the living room area
Indoor Living: For those rainy days we have free Wifi, smart TVs with availability to popular streaming
apps, and a selection of board games.
Outdoor Living: Spacious patio with sidewalk ramp down to dock. Hot tub. Private boat ramp for launching
your own vessel (24ft max). Propane gas grill. Flat yard area for playing games. Fire Pit.
