Treetop Village Cottage offers a serene lakeside retreat with 180-degree views of the 13 mile marker cove. Unwind on one of the outdoor decks under giant oaks, take a dip in one of three outdoor pools or relax at the indoor pool with sauna and hot tubs. With an octagon-shaped design featuring rough hewn interior finishes and exposed beams, this unique cottage provides ample space for up to eight guests.

This is a lake-front home that is managed, cleaned, and maintained by its owners. We are constantly upgrading this house and keeping it fresh. New basement bathroom installed January, 2025. New kitchen cabinets, master and main bathroom, and interior paint Spring, 2023. New window and sliding door (Nov, 2021) that now gives a walk-out option from the basement bedroom onto a new deck. New Flooring, new appliances, new fixtures, new furniture, new windows and window coverings (Nov, 2020). On the water, octagon-shaped Treetop Village Cottage conveniently located on Horseshoe Bend. Unique architecture with rough hewn interior finishes and exposed beams and 180 degree views of the 13 mile marker cove. Close to Lodge of Four Seasons, night life, shopping, winery, marinas, and restaurants. The Robert Trent Jones golf course, The Cove, is steps away. Sleeps 8 with the sleeper sofa in the living room. Outdoor decks provide serenity under giant oaks with a great view of the main channel. The cottage is steps away from 1 of 3 outdoor pools, boat slips, and fishing dock. Other Treetop Village amenities include free access to the new Village of Four Seasons Aquatic Center with indoor and outdoor pools (1/4 mile away), 2 outdoor tennis courts, recreation dock, and a basketball/volleyball/pickleball court. New HVAC installed March, 2019. New front door deck built in April, 2019. New downstairs deck built in March, 2020. Attending a conference or event at The Lodge of Four Seasons? This is a great alternative to staying in the hotel; very quiet and only minutes away.

Excellent place!

This was our first time in the Ozarks, and we really enjoyed staying in this unit - it’s unique, has a great view of the lake, the place is very clean and is stocked with all the little extra amenities that make a difference. The overall property is nice too - the indoor pool was fantastic and the property is close to great restaurants.

Great location

It was exactly what we needed, quiet off season fun. The weather turned out great. The community pool and hot tub area was clean, well maintained and made the trip great for the kids and adults.

Beautiful Stay

Property was beautiful inside and out. Lovely views of the lake, super comfortable furniture and beds and fully equipped kitchen were highlights. We had a relaxing stay while enjoying hiking at the state park. Highly recommend!

Perfect Lake Getaway

Coming Home

Up in the trees - especially enjoyed the woodpecker. Waterfront - the ducks on the dock and all their voices. The spacious feeling inside the open and light structure; surrounded by natural light, comfort and sparkling clean.

The place feels so cozy, and with its beautiful nature surroundings makes the best getaway to just relax. Very spacious to stay in. Has everything extra and more for your accommodation that you may have forgotten. Owners are amazing and quick to respond. Definitely come back to stay!

Beautiful home, amazing location

Our family of five loved our Ozarks vacation here! Lakefront view was absolutely perfect, and proximity to the outdoor pool made it ideal for the kids. Everything in the house was clean, well-stocked and easy to access. It’s hard to find many (good) options that accommodate pets, so thank you for welcoming our dogs, too! We can’t wait for our next visit.

Fun LOTO getaway!

This house was just the right size and price for our crew of 6. Weve always been intrigued by Treetops and were excited to check it out. Quiet cove and well maintained house. Plus one of the most important things: a soft master bedroom bed!! We will definitely be staying again.

Great Stay!

The home was very clean and roomy. A beautiful home with everything needed for any stay. Met one nice family. Owner was very nice and answered the phone immediately. I forgot to turn the thermostat back and he was super about it. Would definitely recommend this to all visitors.

Absolutely wonderful!

My spouse and I absolutely loved staying here! We appreciated our hosts' clear communication before arriving. Our first impression when walking in was that the house was impeccably clean and well appointed. We loved the thoughtful layout, as all space was well used, and the furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed spending a bit of time in the community's hot tub, and the location made it easy to hit the area's attractions. We would definitely stay here again. Looking forward to planning our next trip!

Perfect Fit at LOTO

We have stayed at quite a few VRBOs across the US and this stay was one of the best. Everything we needed was available in the house; kitchen supplies, lawn chairs, beach towels and fishing poles. We rented a boat and were able to dock-up at one of 4 slips right next to the house. Wife loved the 160 degree open view of the lake and sitting on the deck looking over the lake. Hope to be back over the Summer.

Fantastic Overall

Clean property. Grounds are always kept with attentiveness to clean pools (indoor and outdoor). The house had great views of the lake and the indoor and outdoor patios were nice. Location of the house is quiet but very convenient to any needs. Our whole family enjoyed the fishing, pools, and walks. Loved all of the friendly furry friends and the turtles close to the dock. The house was stocked nicely. It was a very nice stay.

Lovely, serene location

The house is in a lovely location with a beautiful view, and is very clean and stocked with all the necessities. Just a couple of FYI's- the driveway is a little steep if you are traveling in the winter, and the spiral staircase downstairs is a bit narrow (my dog couldn't figure put how to navigate it. Lol). Overall, however, this is a great place. Definitely recommend!
