Extremely dirty! We would not recommend staying here. We were very shocked at how dirty this condo was upon arrival. Online photos paint a different picture. Dust everywhere, dog hair on the primary bedroom floor, in the vacuum container, dog food left in a kitchen cabinet—despite a “no pet” policy. We spent over an hour cleaning ourselves before unpacking.The layout was also misleading: the “twin bedroom” is a den with shelves (no closet). The queen bedroom has a closet, but it was locked off from guests using it. We were told to use a hallway utility closet, but it was crammed with random items and covered in dust.Outdoor patio was filthy, full of cobwebs, the glass panels were misaligned, leaving a dangerous 10” gap (unsafe for children).Our family reunion involved 30 people staying in this complex, all booked last year. Only weeks before arrival we learned (Shores Vacation Rentals did not bother to let us know) the main pool would be closed for repairs and to use the smaller pool. The smaller pool was overcrowded and unsafe, with the main underwater light dangling loose and electrical wires exposed in the water.The clubhouse was dirty, smelled, and the men’s restroom was flooded. To make matters worse, a contracted company sprayed bleach on the entryway carpet, which in the heat created a nauseating stench.This condo and property are poorly maintained, unsafe, and not as advertised. Shores Vacation Rentals (host) was not very helpful.
