Cooper at the Lake.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An awesome condo in a great location. Very clean with lots of amenities. Management team is very responsive & provided us with early check in and a late checkout!

Regatta Bay Stay

The view was beautiful! The condo was well stocked and comfortable. The ice maker didn’t work and the tvs in 2 bedrooms weren’t connected to cable. The oven needed to be cleaned, ceiling fans too. Shower curtain had mold on it. The unit could use a deep clean.

Convention weekend

It was very good. Loved the screened in porch overlooking the lake. It was very quiet too. Not one complaint. Want it again next year. The only issue was the line of bumper to bumper traffic when leaving on Sunday but that is not the owner’s fault.

Girls Trip

There were 5 of us adult females staying and we loved having the spacious three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We hung out at the pool most of the time but it’s a great location close to the strip if we did go out. Condo was clean and we had no issues.

Everything you need

We had a great 3 night stay with plenty of room for 4 teenagers and 2 adults. Good location. Property was clean but carpet could use replacing and the structural soundness of the balcony was a little disconcerting. But all in all a good value for a nice weekend get away. Property manager was very accessible too for questions.
