"This was perfect for our little road trip. It's right next to shops and restaurants, is clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed it. It is up metal stairs which we didn't have any problem with, but anyone less active than my 78 year old mom might have a little difficulty. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place is a diamond in the rough. It is literally a few hundred yards to everything in downtown Sebring. We walked to the pier to watch sunsets, on Saturdays there is a small farmer's market in the parking lot to the south, we had lunch on the circle and also did some shopping around there was well. "We loved our stay in this cozy condo! Very clean! Kitchen was well stocked with needed items for cooking and eating. Very quiet safe neighborhood. We enjoyed walking and riding bikes daily thru this neighborhood and nearby Hammock state park. Sebring is one of Florida’s best kept secrets. "Any negativity came from our end. My gf ended up in a wreck about a week before our visit. She was with a broken ankle and in a boot. I'm a diabetic and had some blisters on my feet that ended up becoming sores. So any boating or water activities was out for us. However, we made the best of the situation and enjoyed our stay at this place. It was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Quaint usually has negative connotations, but I think it describes the place perfectly. It's old Florida charm....

"While the pool was being renovated and the elevator was out of order, this hotel has been upgraded in its first floor rooms. Everything worked flawlessly and the breakfast was fresh with real sausage and gravy. Staff was very friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience of the renovations. Room was spotless. Beautiful property, we will definitely be staying here in the future."
