Our room was clean and comfortable and check in was super easy. We liked that it was close to everything in Saranac Lake. During a very busy season, we appreciated that we were not required the two night minimum that many hotels charge. The room was slightly outdated but the price was affordable and the amenities are good. We will definitely return!

Room was clean, surrounding area was beautiful. Convenient location. Good shower and TV . Very basic accommodations, not fancy Only complaint is that we would have felt safer with another lock on the door. Only lock was keypad deadbolt, which barely went into the door jam.

At first, I was skeptical about a reservation at a place where no one was on site but my doubts were unfounded. I had the best experience with the owners that I’ve ever had in a hotel/motel. They were so responsive and helpful that I was so grateful. They even mailed my husband‘s favorite pants back to him.

We had the 2-bedroom suite and it was everything we needed. The room was very spacious and clean and there were plenty of towels. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. I loved that we got a text when housekeeping was available and I could just text back if I needed anything. It was a great experience.

Room was clean and comfortable with large closet and fully equipped kitchenette with full sized appliances. Good location with chairs by room to sit and enjoy lake view and two gazebos on pond to enjoy. Close to downtown with boat and bicycle rentals available on premises. Good communication and amenities. Will return for a longer stay in future.

The good: The staff was kind and texts were sent for updates for door code, wifi pw, leaving, etc., room was clean, includes microwave, Keurig machine, fridge. Bed was comfortable. Shower hot immediately, no waiting for cold to turn warm. The bad for room 11. Hot water was scorching the moment it was turned on. Ownership assures that will be fixed as will frozen ice in freezer. The bathtub is small width wise. My small feet were on curved surface standing in any direction. One safety strip. Shampoo/conditioner supplied but recommend bringing your own. Heat from wall thermometer was not consistent. Sometimes too hot, 75 or too cold 65. So it was bearable just uncomfortable. Room 11 is small but probably about 5 outlets for phones and such. Good price. Scenic and good location. Stayed mid October.

The room was clean and on the small side. It is situated across the street from Saranac Lake. We liked the fact that they had areas to sit outside the rooms and also a couple gazebos . It was quiet and a great place to relax after an active day.
