The room was spacious and the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the water and shops and restaurants and the train to Toronto.

This is not our first stay at this property. The bed was so comfortable! Time to start upgrading the rooms. Doors showed signs of water damage and time to move forward with getting rid of carpet.go laminate.

Stayed 4 nights. Overall, the hotel was just okay for the price, but I wouldn’t consider it a great option for families with young children. The room was noticeably dusty upon arrival, with dust on the coffee machine and counters, and there was dust and hair under the bathroom sink. Housekeeping also did not service our room on the first day, despite us confirming the day before that housekeeping was provided daily. After being out all day with kids, it was disappointing to return to a dirty room. One of the biggest challenges was the lack of a microwave. There was no way to heat food for babies, which made travelling with young children more difficult. We asked for hot water for baby food and were accommodated without issue for the first three days. However, on the fourth day, we were told to use the coffee machine to get hot water, which didn’t feel like a hygienic option for preparing baby food. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their assistance. However, a few staff members seemed disengaged and couldn’t be bothered to look up from their computers when guests walked by. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, especially for families travelling with young children.
