This place is magic. From the surroundings and grounds that make you forget where you are to the kindness with which you are treated. You will not want to leave. I only hope that many more people get to experience this place. It is truly special.

This bed and breakfast is breathtaking. The gardens, the waterfall, the beautiful walk in the garden are all serene. Chris the host was a pleasure. The food was amazing. If you need to get out of the city, this is the place to go to unwind.

This was a lovely little getaway. The photos don't do the property justice; it's a lovely space with lots of greenery. Cynthia was an excellent host and fed us a very lovely breakfast. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get away for a night or two.

Very comfortable and welcoming place! A real hidden gem not too far away from the city. The house and property and gorgeous, the breakfast is big and delicious, and the programs that they run are great. I attended a Reiki circle that I found very helpful and relaxing. The shiatsu massage chairs are also excellent. I would return and I will recommend Rising Star!

Wonderful property, wonderful host, wonderful breakfast, and very relaxing experience. We loved the hammocks by the river and the massage chairs. Would highly recommend staying here!

A vert sweet and peaceful place. I also enjoyed the activities of the adjacent yoga studio where I did a gentle breath work session and received an incredible massage from Cynthia, the owner of this B&B. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is of great quality. It was a perfect layover stay during my long drive.
