「We arrived much earlier then expected due to dreary weather at Cradle Mountain. Nicole allowed us to put our things in the house and gave us a few great ideas of how to fill in the time until the cleaner had finished. Both Nicole and the cleaner are very welcoming and helpful. The house is large, well-appointed and very cosy, and we enjoyed our overnight stay very much. The little pot of leatherwood honey was a delightful gift. Definitely five stars.」

I wish I could have a chance to try the fine dining but it was fully occupied by Group tour. I would suggest the hotel reserve certain tables for other hotel guests. The only thing that I feel disappointed is about the check in experience at reception. It took more than 20 minutes to identify my booking while I am the only client to serve.
