「The hotel staff was awesome. Great location with amazing views if the Taal volcano and lake. My only complaint was that the mattress in my room was too hard. Felt like sleeping on the floor. 」

「The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because the beach stinks. You smell it even when you are at the pool area. Makes you not want to even try going for kayak or snorkel it ruins the ambiance. Overall the place was beautiful and service was great」

「At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend.」

「Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. 」

「To chill and relax with family this is the place. Sunday breakfast buffet was excellent. Breakfast the other days was superior. Staff was there to help, security patrolled regularly, we felt very safe. 」

「The owner and the caretaker are really great. The place is safe and clean. There is a free futon mattress. The location is near the highway and there are convenient stores and restaurants nearby.」

「We stayed at Casa de Herencia which was just behind the church. It was decent. Lots of bugs though on the ground floor but the sheets and beds were clean. You can't expect too much from an old house but they did their best to maintain it. The staff overall were very helpful and accommodating though the front desk girl was a bit annoying. The manager also did not want to honor Senior Citizen's Discount for an extra bed we requested, which was a bit off-putting. The breakfast at the restaurant was...

「I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. 」
