Room was clean but a bit run down, took 3 calls to get an extra blanket for the kids… Super convenient location at Ridge Crest - we could ski down to stagecoach but only because there was tons of snow, then someone walked back up for the car at the end of the day

Gorgeous views from the patio! Extremely clean, organized and inviting living space with a fireplace. This winter vacation at Tahoe Ridge was a great start to our adventures. From the moment we checked in the staff was attentive, polite, and accommodating. The hot tub was located conveniently in the middle of the buildings and easy access for all guest. We will absolutely recommend this place to our friends and family.

If you’re a skier, the best thing about this property is the proximity to the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. The free shuttle picks you up outside your building and it’s a 7 minute ride to the lift. The location is about an hour’s drive to Northstar, Kirkwood and Squaw Valley. The 1 bedroom villa in the Cascade building was spacious, quiet and had a full kitchen. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were really nice with great views.

Second time staying here, we stayed in a different tower this year. Previous year we stayed in cascade and this year we stayed in neagle tower. Room was great, some minor maintenance issues such as one of the burners on the electrical stove not working. Broken tile in one of the bathrooms, heater didn’t work great throughout the rooms. We stayed in a two bedroom villa, kids room was always cold even when thermostat was set to 80. The refrigerator was also leaking water at one point, not sure if a something was missing to catch it but had to put a pitcher under the water run off so the food wouldn’t get wet. Aside from those few small things the staff was helpful and positive, loved that they gave games and puzzles to rent. Game room was a great place to hang out for a few hours to entertain the kids, the coloring activity would have been fun if more kids signed up. Best part about staying here is the full kitchen, I like being able to cook a few meals in the room to cut down the cost of eating out. Kids loved the playground as well, next year we will make sure to pack our swim suits and use the jacuzzi and indoor pool!

The hotel was clean & well-stocked. There is a shuttle to and from the stagecoach lift which is very convenient. However, Neil from the hotel key pick up station was rude and left a bad taste during our trip. He tried to push us to sign up for a timeshare presentation and when we said we need time to think about it, he threw our hotel keys onto the table. To make things worse, later in the evening, he came up to me pointing his finger into my face asking if I was ready to make a decision or not regarding the timeshare. Very rude and unprofessional.

Room was clean, had a great view. What stood out was that it was equipped with a washer & dryer that we were happy to take advantage of. Its close proximity to the resort lift made this one something we hope to return to more often. Very happy with the entire stay!

Best great experience for my family of 4. We stayed two nights this winter of January. Villa was clean and had everything we needed. We call for extra blankets and towels and Staff was always fast, checking with us since beginning. We went to 4 jacuzzi in different buildings, emazing views. Shuttle was always available to take us place to place. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Pool water was very pleasant. I definitely would stay again in the future.

After checking in, they had us get our room keys over with this women at a desk, she was very pushy when I told her my husband and I did not want to go to a 90 minute meeting to receive some gifts she was trying to bribe us with. We were very clear that we weren’t interested but she still was pushy. There for we problem will not be coming back which is very sad because we have been in the past and it was great. I think ever since the Ridge was taken over by Holiday Inn Club vacations the quality has gone down. Besides the pushy timeshare women all the other staff were very friendly.

Room was ok. Lots of white noise from some unidentifiable source. I used earplugs half the time, the other times I was tired enough that it didn't bother me. The "Skiers Express" thing is one of the dumbest ideas I've ever seen. Just establish a real cat walk/trail down to the lift area! Probably cheaper than trying to keep this thing operational!

We had an electrical issue in the bathroom during our second night. While my wife was in there showering after the casino the lights and fan just popped and turned off. I called the desk and was told maintenance would be back the next morning. I asked about the location of the breaker box and no one on duty knew. I guess it's going to be safe. The rest of us will shower in the dark.
