“We only started there for 7 hrs before heading to”

“The rooms are new, but had such a horrific smell that I could not stay there. I checked in around 8pm, and by 11pm I was packed up and at the front counter checking out. The staff was very polite and helpful, and saw that I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) so she could not offer a refund directly. I didn't ask for one but she offered. Unfortunately these rooms were cean and quiet, but I've never paid for a room and left because of such a strong odor but there is a first time for everything……

“Room was so nice. The A/C was absolutely cool and comforting. Bathtub faucet leaks unless you turn the handle all the way tight and shut but it was a super fun and comforting place to wash up at the end of the day. Breakfast down in the lobby was also really great too. The options and food choices were superb. Definitely will be back in the future.”

“They have suites with three beds in 2 seprate rooms which made our stay comfortable and wonderful. Definitely come back again.”

“The so called “breakfast” was a joke. A blueberry granola bar and package of instant oatmeal. That was it! Touted as an Extended Stay but, there was absolutely nothing in the room but a refrigerator and a lame 2 burner stove top. Not even a coffee pot. If you needed anything you had to go to the front desk and “check it out”. We only stayed one night, but if the plan is to use this as a base for exploring the area, you might want to reconsider. The freeway noise is atrocious all night long.”

“We had the AC unit ticking all night and kept as awake. I went and talked at the front desk and they did not do anything about it and were not offering to refund.”

“We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care……
