Nashville Lake Van Hotels

"The hotel was not worth the price we paid for 2 nights during the off season. In addition, we had to pay more for the parking pass. Why isn’t the parking pass included with the price of the stay? The credit/debt card machines weren’t working properly. The rooms were old and need remodeling/renovations as the doors in both of our rooms didn’t seal and wind drafted into our rooms. The ac did not function properly."

"The hotel parking was limited and a distance from the hotel but they provided valet parking."

"It was a lovely facility. The staff was great they loved on my puppy dog. They were great with explanations of deposits and fees. There is parking fees and animal deposits. Very clean"

"First room was disguising. Long hair in the bathroom, shower, in the bed and on the pillows. I was offered another room, but it wasn’t much better. There was no hair in the bed at least. Garbage still had trash in it. Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at and one of the worst hotels. "

"Overall, a good stay. We were only there 2 nights and spend most of the time out, but the room itself was nice and clean. Having the kitchen area was great because we were coming from an air b&b and had extra groceries left over. The room bathroom did have a slight sewer-ish smell to it. We noticed when we first got in the room but didn’t smell it the next morning so we didn’t say anything. Then it was back. Not strong, but noticeable. The breakfast was not the best. Only hot options were egg, French toast, and turkey sausage, none of which were great or even very hot. The fruit was fresh and pastries were OK. Staff was very friendly and the valet was efficient. We took advantage of the shuttle service which was nice. We wanted to enjoy the outdoor pool but it was closed (seasonal?)"
