The hotel was clean and staff friendly. I thought it odd that for some of the amenities you had to ask for them at the desk, an iron for example. I assume the ironing board and coffee pot as well as there wasn't one in the room. We chose this particular hotel because listed that it had a pool. The pool was closed for our visit, so we were disappointed. The desk clerk said that it should have been listed as closed on the website, but it wasn't. She did tell us that there was a nearby lake we could try. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a person come to our room daily for towel exchange, trash removal and supply replacement.

“I had a great experience during my stay. Parking was convenient, and I felt safe with the well-lit area in the front. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was excellent—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable! All of the linens were spotless with no stains, and the towels looked brand new. Even with renovations going on, my stay was still A-1. Please keep up the great work, because it’s hard to find a place this comfortable in the surrounding area.”

Waited 15 minutes at the Reception disc until someone showed up to check me in. Staff are not so friendly. Rooms are not clean. There are insects and roaches on the floor and on the sink counter. This is not the first time I have bad experiences with this Hotel unfortunately it’s the only hotel in town so I had to stay in it again otherwise I wouldn’t approach it

Check in process was horrible. The guy at the front desk wasn’t friendly or welcoming. We were traveling together and one of the guest with me had to change their room 3 times. The lady the next day was very nice and helpful I didn’t get her name tho. If you have a room upstairs you can’t walk normal you have to tip toe or you will get a call on your cell because there wasn’t a phone in the room but they will say it’s a noise disturbance. So I had to tell my 4 year old not to walk to the bathroom so we won’t get a call. Good thing McDonald’s was walking distance. I would stay again but will definitely request a downstairs if it’s available.

Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. I noticed a strong smell of Fabuloso as I was exiting instead of the hotel using commercial grade cleaning products and disinfectants. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it’s not the typical hotel renovations you would expect. It’s basically patch work.
