“This cottage was exactly as described. Location was convenient and centralized for traveling to and from Wellington and Jupiter. AC worked great. Parking was nice. The host quickly responded to messages. Check in/out process was smoothly. There was a rooster at a neighbor property, however if the fan was running on the AC then you couldn’t hear him. Highly recommend. ”

“The host was welcoming, but the property is in passable condition. The amenities were negligible: two coffee cups for three people, 4 towels for 3 people for intended 5 day stay. No washer/dryer or dish washer. A broken refrigerator. Two seats in living area, no couch to actually watch any TV together. Vagrants in back alley behind bedroom moaning, two nights. The back yard flooded so you couldn’t get out without wading thru 5” of water.”

“We arrived at the property around 10 PM but immediately felt very uncomfortable with the surrounding neighborhood while driving in. The area felt sketchy, and unsafe. There was a group of men drinking beer on the corner and one urinating at the end of the block. Because of this, we decided not to stay and left shortly after arriving.I notified the host that we did not stay & requested any type of reimbursement, even acknowledgement, but the response appeared to be a copied-and-pasted message……

“Everything was GREAT. Property exactly as described/pictured. I would recommend to everyone and i will stay here again when visiting Lake Worth. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but have everything you need! The backyard is spacious and peaceful, with a grill and beach shower. ”
