“I booked this hotel because my medical facility that I came for recommended them. I just want to say every employee that we had an encounter with from the shuttle, front desk, housekeeping and the bar staff were all amazing! We had to extend our trip but the transition to extend our trip was super easy thanks to the manager of the hotel! The hotel is clean, everyone is so helpful and the hotel ground is well kept! If we have to come back we would definitely come back to this hotel again! Thank……

“This historic Inn was decorated beautifully for the season & our room, Mary Queen of Scott's room#12, was tastefully decorared with an antique canopy bed & period pieces. Our room looked over the courtyard and lake. From the signature drink selection to the appetizer and dinner, portions were beyond expectations with reasonable prices. Waking to peaceful falling snow while drinking our morning coffee was a added bonus. If you want the charm of yesteryears with the conveniences of today found……

“AC wasnt needed but the heat worked great The staff was outstanding ,very attentive and on top of your every need In Syracuse NY area there is lots of snow and the nice thing was they plowed and shoveled so it wasn't an issue for traveling people .They made me feel like family when I got the knock on the door asking guest to move cars so the plow guy could do a great job anything you need can be brought to your door in no time ..it's that centrally located to everything.. “The room was great - two bedrooms, two bathrooms and clean and warm. Everything worked great and the front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. During Christmas there was no room service, but it was nice to let the staff have the days off or reduced hours. I highly recommend this hotel.”
